Papain	10 mg (500000 USP U)
Chromium	100 µg

USAGE RECOMMENDATION;

The recommended daily intake is 1 or 2 capsules for adults 11 years and older.

It is presented in blister form of 60 capsules.

NaturalNest Bromelain Plus; It has a formulation containing 500 mg of bromelain, 10 mg of papain and 100 mcg of chromium in each tablet. Pineapple extract contains 2400 GDU/g bromelain. Bromelain is a mixture of enzymes usually derived from the pineapple tree.
